Please telephone 01380 816290 or email greenfarm1214@yahoo.co.uk  to check whether The Stables is available for the dates you require and make a temporary reservation. This provisional reservation will be held for 5 days only, so please send your completed booking form and deposit as soon as possible. The deposit required if the booking is made more than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date is 1/3 of the rental fee. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. (Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the owners reserve the right to let elsewhere). Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A reservation deposit is non-refundable unless an alternative letting is arranged.

Visitors to Green Farm’s Stables are asked to observe the following:

The letting period is normally Saturday to Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.00am.

The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep property and all furnishings and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the beginning of the let, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. All damage and breakages are the visitor’s responsibility and the proprietor must be recompensed in full.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage which arises from any information that we supply. We can accept no liability for any injury, loss damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation or the surrounding facilities, vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

This agreement confers on you the right to occupy Green Farm’s Stables solely for the purpose of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house, and that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the agreement.

You undertake that only the agreed number of persons will occupy each property whose details you have described in the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

We will take care to ensure that your holiday accommodation is satisfactory, but in the event of a complaint please notify the proprietor immediately.

We may be able to take pets by arrangement. The owners operate a NO SMOKING policy within The Green Farm’s Stables and around the farm buildings.

The rental charges are fully inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen and towels.
